Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection & Refund
