Yes, every device purchased through Methaphone comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware malfunctions.
How long does shipping take for mobile devices?
We offer expedited shipping on all orders. Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened but in original condition with all accessories, we accept returns subject to a small restocking fee. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer trade-in programs for old smartphones?
Currently, Methaphone focuses on the sale of new and certified refurbished units. We do not have a direct trade-in program at this time, but stay tuned for future updates.
